About the Training
The Ayurveda Sutra Foundation Training – “Fundamentals of Ayurvedic Medicine” is a comprehensive one-year foundational program introducing participants to the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda – “the science of life” – and holistic well-being.

The program takes place over 10 enriching weekends in and around Munich, combining classical Ayurvedic theory with hands-on practical training.

Online / Hybrid Format: Suitable for participants who are unable to attend in person.

The participants explore:
  • Philosophical foundations of Ayurveda
  • Ayurvedic diagnostic methods
  • Nutritional principles
  • Herbal formulations
  • Therapeutic applications
Highlight of the training: A 10-day practical training in India, offering authentic Ayurvedic practices on site – a truly transformative learning journey connecting ancient knowledge with modern life.

Graduation & Certificate: At the end of the training, participants may take a final examination to receive the certificate “Training in the Fundamentals of Ayurvedic Medicine – Sutra”.

The program includes:
  • 150 theoretical teaching units
  • 50 practical teaching units
Graduates are qualified to work as Ayurveda Lifestyle Coaches.

  • 4th Seminar: 20–21 June 2026 – Nutrition & Ayurvedic cooking
  • 5th Seminar: 18–19 July 2026 – Practical training: Ayurvedic oil therapies
  • 6th Seminar: 19–20 September 2026 – Ayurvedic pharmacology
  • 7th Seminar: 24–25 October 2026 – Ayurvedic diagnostics
  • 8th Seminar: 21–22 November 2026 – Panchakarma (detox & cleansing therapies)
  • 9th & 10th Seminar: January 2027 – Practical training in South India (Bangalore / Mysore), incl. exam & certificate

Über die Ausbildung
Die Ayurveda Sutra-Basisausbildung – „Grundlagen der ayurvedischen Medizin“ ist ein umfassender, einjähriger Grundlagenkurs, der in die zeitlose Weisheit des Ayurveda – „die Wissenschaft vom Leben“ – und in ganzheitliches Wohlbefinden einführt.

Die Ausbildung findet an 10 bereichernden Wochenenden in und um München statt und verbindet klassische Ayurveda-Theorie mit praxisnaher Ausbildung.

Online-/Hybrid-Format: Auch für Teilnehmer geeignet, die nicht persönlich anreisen können.

Die Teilnehmer erforschen:
  • Philosophische Wurzeln des Ayurveda
  • Diagnosemethoden
  • Ernährungsprinzipien
  • Kräuterpräparate
  • Therapeutische Anwendungen
Höhepunkt der Ausbildung: Ein 10-tägiges Praxistraining in Indien, das authentische Ayurveda-Praktiken direkt vor Ort vermittelt – eine wahrhaft transformative Lernreise, die uraltes Wissen mit modernem Leben verbindet.

Abschluss & Zertifikat: Am Ende der Ausbildung besteht die Möglichkeit, eine Abschlussprüfung abzulegen und das Zertifikat „Ausbildung in den Grundlagen der Ayurveda-Medizin – Sutra“ zu erhalten.

Die Ausbildung umfasst:
