Yoga based pain management methodology with Dr Anoosha N Shastry mainly focuses on Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga which is suitable to absolute beginners too and can also be personalised for individuals with experience in Yoga. Establishing the deep connection between body and mind, using postures and Prānic breathing techniques to stabilize the postural entities, thereby connecting deeper within and achieving a sense of Serenity in mind with a focus on breathing techniques has been her methodology to practice Yoga. It is deep relaxing with Prāna/ deep conscious breathing patterns gaining deeper and subtler insights to mind and body relaxation.
She amalgamates her research based knowledge in terms of advanced Movement studies of FasciaNatya Principles (Novel methodology designed by Dr Rajyashree Ramesh, Berlin), to isolate the anatomical landmarks of the pain pattern, traces it in terms of neuromuscular connectivity pattern and tries to focus on the root cause of the pain. Integrating the postural and movement methodology based Yoga practice and supporting it with the Prana energy of breathing along with the therapeutic Ayurvedic perspective makes her approach unique and relaxing.

- Yoga for your Prakriti: Yoga and Ayurveda are interdependent health sciences. Using the knowledge of Deha Prakriti (Body Constitution), Yoga practice can be personalized. Proper layout of Asana and Pranayama depending upon your Prakriti will be designed and taught.
Duration: 1.5 hours c.a 90 Euros
- Pregnancy Yoga:
Prenatal yoga can be beneficial for both the mother and the child. Prenatal yoga focuses on breathing techniques and gentle stretching. It is a type of yoga specifically designed for pregnant Women. Yoga is designed to balance the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual dimensions. Prenatal yoga is designed to help you prepare for birth by relaxing the body and focusing on safe techniques and postures during all stages of pregnancy.
Duration: 1 hour – Personal sessions – 50 Euros, group session 15 Euros per session.
- Yoga against Stress:
Our mind is constantly active, racing from one thought to the next, spinning possible scenarios for the future, dwelling on incidents from the past. All this thought work is tiring and exhausting.
Yoga offers several techniques like Asana practice and breath work to calm the mind. The postures are physical and must be performed with concentration that all other thoughts fade into the background and the brain is given a much needed break. This combined with Pranayama helps to relieve stress and prepare us to focus in our daily activities effectively.
Duration: 1.5 hours
- Yoga to prevent Lifestyle disorders:
With the world moving fast people tend to resort to faster means and shortcuts even in terms of food, lifestyle and health. In the long run this ends up in lifestyle disorders. Diabetes, High blood pressure, Dysfunctional thyroid, PCOS are a few disorders caused due to sedentary lifestyle.
So, let us take a break, try to slow down the pace, still the mind and activate the body with Yogic practices and avoid such disorders. Let us prioritize our health. Right regime of Yoga is all we need to bring the deviated health to normal. We will help you design the Yoga schedule that works for you.

- Mantra Yoga:
Mantras are sacred syllables, words or entire verses from the ancient Indian language Sanskrit. They have been around for thousands of years. Mantra relaxes, rejuvenates and gives strength to the body. It inspires, frees the mind from negative thoughts, expands consciousness and activates the energy from within. The vibration created from chanting Mantras shall give strength,calm the mind and bring you into a meditative state.
Duration: 1 hour- Senioren Yoga
Yoga has no age limit. Contrary to the perception that Yoga is a physical activity, the traditional classical Yoga focuses on different layers including lifestyle, Diet and nutrition, Physical training of Asanas and breathing techiques of Pranyama to name a few. Senioren Yoga is tailored to the bodily constraints if any and monitored with an importance to breathing techniques.
